About the tutors
A previous Brewery Youth Dance member, Emily has been delivering sessions at Brewery Arts, as well as other settings, since gaining her Dance degree in 2016. She enjoys sharing her love of dance with those she teaches. Emily’s movement style is grounded in contemporary technique, creative dance and connecting with people, be that in the studio or with an audience.
Once a member of Brewery Youth Theatre herself, Emily graduated from The Guildford School of Acting in 2018 and now enjoys sharing her skills and experience in community theatre and dance sessions. Exploring drama techniques such as storytelling, improvisation, movement, devising original work, and developing scripts, are just a few things Emily likes to focus on through games and exercises in her sessions.
