Working at the Brewery
The Brewery Arts Centre is a dynamic hub for visual and performing arts in Kendal and the surrounding areas, and we are often on the look-out for new members to join our close-knit team. Due to the wide range of roles, we have people on a variety of different contracts from full time staff to flexible casual workers as well as unpaid volunteers. A strong staff team is essential for the success and future of the centre in delivering the artistic programme, events, functions and catering facilities. We need people who are willing to work hard to ensure our customer’s expectations are exceeded.
We welcome applications from everyone and value diversity in our workforce. Our policy is to treat all job applicants and employees fairly and equally.
Apart from the buzz of being part of the Brewery, we offer our staff some great benefits:
- FREE Cinema and Event tickets for staff plus one
- Discount on food for staff
- FREE Parking while at work
- Six weeks holiday
