Building on the foundations developed in our 7–11 group, this class encourages young actors and performers to further develop their creativity, confidence and artistic voice. Through devising, script work and ensemble performance, participants will explore a range of theatre styles, including physical theatre, comedy, clowning, puppetry and mime.
Working as a supportive theatre company, they’ll challenge themselves creatively, strengthen their performance skills and enjoy regular opportunities to perform in a professional theatre setting, while making lasting friendships along the way. As participants grow, they can continue their journey through Brewery Youth Theatre, progressing into the 14+ groups to further develop their skills and experience.
If you’ve not attended the class before and would like to try the session out before committing to the term, please contact learning@breweryarts.co.uk
