Life Drawing Taster | Sat 1 Jul | 11am-1pm | £25 | 16+ yrs | Tutor Catherine MacDiarmid | Studio 3
This 2-hour Life Drawing Taster is a perfect introduction to the 10-week Life Drawing course at Brewery Arts.
Life Drawing is a traditional skill that increases accuracy within observational drawing and feeds into all areas of art practice. Participants of all abilities are welcome, whether you are experienced in life drawing and want to develop your skills further, or you are completely new to life drawing.
What will the workshop cover and how will it be taught?
Tutored on an individual basis and through a series of observational drawing tasks, participants will use a variety of drawing media and work directly from life with an experimental approach to drawing.
What do I need to bring with me?
Basic drawing materials, drawing boards and easels will be provided. Feel free to bring your own art materials to use if you would like to.
When using art materials your clothes could potentially get dirty so you may wish to bring an apron and/or dress for mess.
