A New Year of Creative Learning Opportunities

Our new season of Creative Learning commences on 17 January 2023, boasting a diverse range of classes in the arts for both adults and young people.

Make a new year’s resolution that is easy to accomplish and do something for you in 2023. The spring season welcomes our favourite classes from the Creative Learning calendar, making it easier than ever to start a new hobby, make new friends, and gain new talents in 2023.

Classes go on sale at 9am on Thursday 1 December. Brewery Arts Members enjoy priority booking from Tuesday 29 November at 9am.

Classes For Adults

Arts & Crafts

Gain confidence in creativity in a relaxed and supportive learning environment. Local artists and experts lead the way in our professional studio spaces at Start Drawing, Learn to Paint, and Life Drawing. Whilst the Dark Room reopens for those budding shutter-bugs at Introduction to Black & White Film Photography. The popular Art In The Bar sessions return, featuring a variety of craft lessons accompanied by delicious pizza.

Crafternoon Brew

Dance & Theatre

Brewery Arts favourites, Mature Movers and Get Moving, are running again for those who love to socialise and explore their performative side. These classes are a fantastic way to keep fit, meet new people, and reconnect with movement in adulthood.

Music & Film

Ukulele For Beginners is back for adults who want to learn a new talent in 2023. Movie buffs are invited to join the Brewery Arts Film Club and sink their teeth into three classic movies (and plenty of popcorn) in our exclusive Digital Lounge. Or, perhaps you have your own idea for a TV show and need the confidence to Develop Your Screenplay, in a supportive environment.

Classes For Young People

Arts & Crafts

Watch your little one explore their creativity and engage in their imagination at Mini Art Explorers, aimed at children aged 2-6 and their grown-ups. Classes such as Makers Club, Art Explorers, and Artseen will also continue for young people to take inspiration from a diverse range of artists and makers.

Dance & Theatre

All usual youth performance classes continue into the new year, such as Stage Stars, Creative Dance, Contemporary Dance, Junior Drama, Young Actors, and Brewery Youth Dance, with age groups ranging from 4-6 yrs all the way up to 15-19 yrs.

Music & Film

Young Music Producers is the perfect class for keen musical artists aged 11-14 yrs who are looking to explore beat-making, synth programming, and lyric writing. Manchester-based production company Film On The Brain will be returning to Brewery Arts weekly to lead Brewery Film Crew with passionate young filmmakers.
