The once-a-month Brewery Arts Film Club is a fantastic and informal opportunity for film lovers to watch curated films and meet like-minded people in our brand-new, luxurious, state-of-the-art Digital Lounge.
Films will be chosen by the club from a handpicked selection and reviewed in the Bar & Restaurant afterwards. Whether you’re a fan of cinema, or you just love the social aspect of talking about films, this club is for you.

Are there any additional costs?
Drinks and snacks will be available in the Bar & Restaurant or Cinema Kiosk to enjoy both during the film, and during the informal discussion after the screening. Drinks and snacks are not included in the ticket price.
About the tutor
Rachel has just graduated from the University of York with a degree in Film and Television Production. After working on numerous student films as an Assistant Director, Rachel has returned to her home town of Kendal and is one of the newest members of the Brewery Arts team. Rachel is passionate about independent cinema and her favourite film genres range from (but are not limited to!) drama and social realism to musicals.

Audio Description (AD) is available in Screen 1. Infrared audio system is available in both Cinema Screens 1 and 2. Induction loops (T) are in place in the Theatre, please ask for assistance on the door.
Some live events may carry strict age restrictions, these are outlined on our website. Under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult at all times during evening events.
