At Brewery Arts, we want to make sure our supporters have the best possible experience with us. We’ve been chatting with some of our Brewery Members. This is our chat with Kerry McLoughlin.
What does Brewery Arts mean to you?
I think Brewery Arts adds such a lot to the town, you know, bringing in artists for the community to sign up to and go and see. Just want to do whatever I can to help keep it going because I think it is such a fabulous asset for the town.
Why did you join Brewery Arts Membership?
They have some great offers like the two-for-one. This encourages you to buy tickets for things that you otherwise wouldn’t have seen. So I’ve really enjoyed that. I’ve seen quite a few things that I probably wouldn’t have bought tickets for, but the two-for-ones encourage me to go; I really love them.
What kind of things do you come and see?
So last year I saw Morganway, Americana-type music, which I really enjoyed. And this year already, I’ve booked Top Loader, and I went to see Fidelio, a brilliant opera, which I really loved as well. And then some crazy, mad stuff like Henge. The old fancy dress and everything, so I really enjoyed it. And there was another mad band, Oklahoma, like American southern style music, it was really brilliant, and the guy had this great big red hat on and just fabulous. I’ve seen some really great music.
What do you think about the membership newsletter?
I always read the newsletters. I’m not on the website all the time, so it just kind of prompts you a little bit. I actually really like it. It’s not too long. It’s got some good offers in there. I’m usually reading it, scrolling through for the things that are on and then pressing the link to the website to see if there are still tickets and having a little listen. I forget about the food offer myself, so the little reminder about the food and cinema tickets at the bottom is a good thing.
Do you ever use your Dining discount?
I often eat there, to be honest with you, I think it’s a great bonus with your Membership, and I do actually love the pizzas at Brewery Arts, and it’s good that Summer Sunday is back soon, it’ll be nice to get pizza and music.
What could we do to improve our membership experience?
Maybe, little reminders throughout the building on what your offers might be. It’s great value, though, and I’ve seen a lot more by being a member.
Thank you to Kerry for taking part in this interview.
Also, thank you to all our Brewery Arts Members. Having a strong membership means we can continue to deliver a varied and exciting programme of live and cinema events and community workshops. We strive to improve our offer and ensure we deliver in terms of artistic quality and value. In the above interview, we mentioned the exclusive membership 2-for-1 offers.
You too can enjoy these offers and support the Brewery Arts by signing up for our membership here.
