Please book tickets in advance of your visit

Booking Information

Tickets can be booked online through our website or by calling our box office on 01539 725133. If the event you are interested in is sold out, contact our box office to add your name to the waiting list.

Concessionary  Rates

Concessions (such as for those over 65s, students and under 25s) may be available for certain events. Eligibility will be indicated and selectable during the booking process.

Those in receipt of benefits are eligible for a discount on all events (excluding online-only pricing, e.g. Verbalise on Zoom).

Group Discounts

Get 10% off tickets* when booking for a group of 6 people or more. Discount is applied automatically at checkout.
*This offer excludes Cinema, Family Theatre and selected Live Events.

Theatre Tokens

Theatre Tokens can be redeemed online here or by using the Theatre Token link in the basket during checkout. Alternatively, you can call our box office on 01539 725133. You will need to quote the 16-digit number and the 4 digit pin found underneath the scratch-off panel, or in person, where a member of our team will scan the barcode. If the theatre tickets cost more than your Theatre Tokens balance, you will need to pay the outstanding amount using cash or a debit/credit card.

Theatre Tokens can be used for all Brewery Arts live events and cinema. Food and drink and Creative Learning Courses are excluded.

We offer subtitled screenings, an infrared audio system, induction loops, and free tickets for support workers/carers with anyone unable to attend on their own (proof of status required).  For more information, visit our accessibility page here.

Refunds

Tickets for Cinema and Live Events are non-refundable. Brewery Arts reserves the right to cancel or change events if this is unavoidable. In this instance, we will contact any customers affected.

Ticketing records are held on a computer to enable us to offer the best possible service to our customers. The information held is used only to send you details of forthcoming events or to inform you of any changes affecting your bookings. We do not pass names and addresses on to third parties without your permission. Please see our Privacy Notice for customers for further information.
