Have you always wanted to try your hand at acting? Want to learn more about theatre? Meet new people? Join our open theatre group aimed at over 60s and you’ll develop new skills, stretch your creativity, build your confidence and have lots of fun.

April classes: Please note that these sessions are for existing Act your Age members only involved in current projects. If you are interested in joining when face to face sessions can be resumed, please contact Emily Baxter via Emily.baxter@breweryarts.co.uk to express your interest.

In accordance with current restrictions, these sessions are currently held online. Your e-ticket will be emailed to you upon booking, this will include Zoom details.

What do I need to bring with me?

Please come ready in comfortable clothes that you can move in and bring your own water, pen and paper.

About the tutor

Once a member of Brewery Youth Theatre herself, Emily graduated from The Guildford School of Acting in 2018 and now enjoys sharing her skills and experience in community theatre and dance sessions. Exploring drama techniques such as storytelling, improvisation, movement, devising original work, and developing scripts, are just a few things Emily likes to focus on through games and exercises in her sessions.
