The summer holidays are nearly here, and Brewery Arts is packed with family-friendly things to do throughout July and August.
This summer, catch blockbuster family films in our Cinema, enjoy local bands and festival vibes with Summer Sundays, get the kids creative with our Performance Unleashed and Arts Unleashed Summer Camps, explore exhibitions by young artists, and make a day of it with our new Kids’ Menu, activity sheets and cinema snack bundles.
We’re helping families make their summer visits go a little further with temporary* savings on Under 14 cinema tickets, reduced Kids’ Menu prices and great-value Ticket Bundles.
Summer Sundays
Summer Sundays are bigger and better than ever this summer, bringing five afternoons of live music to our garden from 2-4pm throughout August.
Summer Sundays begin on 2 August, with The Seals opening the season, and then they’re back to close Summer Sundays on 30 August. Both of these will have a live DJ keeping the grooves going into the evening. Across the month, enjoy Meetwood Flac on 9 August, Atomic Brass on 16 August and Bad Transmission on 23 August.
Festival food and drink will be available to purchase at every Summer Sundays event, with food served until 6.30pm and bars open until 7pm, so you can stick around and enjoy the atmosphere a little longer.
Summer Sundays are Pay What You Decide on entry, with a suggested £2 donation helping us keep events like this going.

Cinema
This summer, we’ve got films for all ages, from animated adventures to bigger blockbusters for older families and teens. Across July and August, we’re making use of all four of our on-site screens, bringing even more films and more fun to Brewery Arts.
For little ones, look out for Minions & Monsters, Moana, PAW Patrol: The Dino Movie, Toy Story 5 and Coyote vs. Acme. For older families and teens, Spider-Man: Brand New Day brings superhero action, while The Odyssey reimagines the legendary voyage of Odysseus.
We’re also helping families make their visits go a little further with temporary* Under 14 cinema tickets for U, PG and 12A films. Check out our Ticket Bundles for families and groups for great savings.
You can also complete your cinema trip with one of our kiosk bundle options, including small, medium and large popcorn and drink combos, as well as a Kids’ Combo with mini popcorn and a Fruit Shoot.
*Savings are available from 25 June to 1 September 2026.

Exhibitions
This summer, our galleries celebrate the creativity of young artists with two exhibitions exploring the theme of Adventure.
The Young Artist Open Exhibition 2026 runs from 31 July to 31 October in the Sugar Store Gallery. This year’s theme invites local young artists to explore big quests, small discoveries, real-life journeys and fantasy worlds, capturing curiosity, bravery, imagination and the joy of trying something new.
The Arts Unleashed Summer Camp Exhibition 2026 runs from 14 August to 31 October in the Foyer Gallery, showcasing work created by young participants during Arts Unleashed Summer Camp. The exhibition will run alongside the Young Artist Open, continuing the shared theme of Adventures across both gallery spaces.
