Performance Unleashed Summer Camp 2026 (7-14 Yrs)

Our popular and fun youth summer camps are back again this year.

An action-packed week for 7–14 year-olds which culminates in a performance on the Brewery Arts stage.

Join us, meet new friends and old, and have something wonderful to show at the end.

Performance Unleashed is a lively week of Dance and Drama activities for young people. A chance to express yourself, go wild and make new friends! You’ll also work collaboratively to create a performance to share with family and friends. This sharing will take place in our main theatre with professional lights and sound. 

All young people will achieve a ‘Discover’ Arts Award and receive a certificate from Trinity College London as part of the week.

Important Information 

Performance for family and friends on Friday 7 Aug between 3pm – 3.30pm.  

Sessions will be held in the Studios and the Brewery garden. Monday to Friday 9.30am – 3.30pm.

What do I need to bring with me? 

A packed lunch and water bottle. Comfortable clothing suitable for movement.

Tutors Info: 

Grace Kay is a professional actor, vocalist, voice coach and drama practitioner. Since graduating from the MTA in 2016, she has worked internationally as both a performer and performing arts tutor, and gained various postgraduate qualifications in these areas.

Grace particularly enjoys devising theatre through inclusivity and collaboration, encouraging creativity and individuality to shine through in every group she works with.

Expect a mixture of energetic workshops exploring different theatrical styles, as well as more relaxed moments of creativity and reflection, all geared towards developing a piece of theatre that the group can call their own.

Ashleigh Hindley is a freelance dance artist based in Lancashire and has been working with the Brewery Arts Centre for over 14 years. She loves sharing her passion for dance by leading fun, inclusive workshops that encourage creativity, confidence, and connection. Working with people of all ages and abilities, Ashleigh creates a welcoming environment where everyone can enjoy moving, learning, and expressing themselves.

Ashleigh says “I’m really looking forward to seeing the participants’ creativity and all the exciting ideas they come up with as they explore this year’s theme, Adventure.”
