Brewery Arts is gearing up for the summer with fresh events and activities, in our venues and in our spacious garden and terraces.

Music highlights in June include Rozi Plain of This Is The Kit who is touring an acclaimed new album, and Jah Wobble, a founding member of Public Image Ltd (PiL). We also have a host of comedy, cinema and workshops for all ages, plus tasty new additions to our food and drink menus in the Bar & Restaurant.

Jah Wobble & The Invaders Of The Heart

Hal Cruttenden is one of the country’s best loved stand ups with appearances on various tv shows over the years. Now, the fickle finger of fate has turned Hal’s life upside down after his 21-year marriage resulted in divorce, and, instead of going to therapy, he made a brand-new show about it.

Will Renwick will share his incredible personal story about becoming the first person to run all 189 of Wales’ mountains in one trip.

Enjoy brand-new summer activities and family sessions at Brewery Arts, including Brewery Tots; a new series of classes for children under 4 to enjoy with their grown-ups, featuring Mini Movers, Mini Movies and Mini Mess Makers!

Other exciting additions to our June programme include Family Fridays: Printmaking, Photography Special: Cyanotype (Sun Prints), and Write a Stage Monologue in a Day.

Each exhibiting artist in this exhibition is a talented tutor at Brewery Arts, showcasing the varied scope of artistic methods taught in different Creative Learning classes at our venue. Exhibited pieces include intricate papercraft sculptures, pottery and 3D printing, photography and darkroom experimentation, watercolour painting, and tetrapak prints.

Fleabag

Witness Phoebe Waller-Bridge’s hilarious, award-winning, one-woman National Theatre Live performance of Fleabag, or, watch two men fight to become the next American president in National Theatre Live’s Best of Enemies, and immerse yourself in The Royal Opera’s energetic staging of a Bosch-inspired universe with medieval superstition during Il Trovatore.

Experience life under the sea during the highly anticipated blockbuster, The Little Mermaid, or seek thrills throughout Fast X, the tenth film in the Fast & Furious Saga starring Vin Diesel and Jason Mamoa.
