Kenny will be headlining the evening with his own A-list band, performing all his greatest hits and fan favourites.

Kenny Thomas remains one of the most important and successful UK soul icons of his generation, with his debut album ‘Voices’ selling 600,000 copies in the first two weeks alone (double platinum) in 1991, achieving a total of 8 Top 40 singles and 2 Top 10 records whilst picking up 2 x BRIT-Award Nominations for ‘Best Male Vocalist’ and ‘Best Newcomer’.

Commenting on the launch, Thomas says “This is something I have been wanting to do for quite a while now, so it’s with great excitement I’m bringing some remarkable talent together for a night to celebrate soul music, music memories and good vibes.“

This unmissable party ‘Behind the Groove’ comes to Brewery Arts, Kendal on 5th April 2025 and comes off the back of Kenny’s completely sold-out UK tour, so if you want to hear and celebrate the very best of RnB, Funk and Soul, then this night is for you.
