Sacred meditation can help you attain calm, develop concentration and cultivate happiness by reconnecting with your true self through meditation. The course will be taught in two parts, allowing you to take the teaching away and practice on your own and then return for a refresher four weeks later.
We are firm believers that anyone and everyone can dance. We developed our ‘Mature Movers’ class for over 60’s and it is for those who simply enjoy moving to a variety of music (and a little talking and laughing)! It doesn’t end at 2pm either as most of our attendees usually go to the Warehouse Cafe for coffee and cake afterwards.
