Pilates is a popular style of exercise that provides a wealth of physical, mental and spiritual benefits. It is designed to lengthen, strengthen and balance the body.

What will the course or workshop cover and how will it be taught?

The traditional principles of Mat Pilates are Breathing, Concentration, Control, Centring, Precision, Flow.

Beth will focus each week on correct alignment, breathing and core engagement before moving participants through a series of gentle exercises. Options for each exercise will be offered so that individuals can choose the right level for them.

Beth will not be performing any hands on corrections in light of government regulations, but will be able to advise individuals on adaptions & correct alignment.
