2nd December 2023

Lino Cut Christmas Wrapping & Tags | Sat 2 Dec | 12-4pm | £30 | 18+ yrs | Tutor Helena McGregor | Studio 3 & Print Room

Add a nice, personal touch to your Christmas gifts this year by designing and printing your own festive wrapping and tags, using the Lino Cut technique.

What will the class cover and how will it be taught?

As a group, we’ll go through the stages of Lino printing, in addition to designing a repetitive pattern to add to your wrapping paper. You will learn how to cut the Lino, layer colours, and register and print from your Lino block using a brayer and a printing press.

You will then work from your own designs, with one-to-one and group support to cut and print your own wrapping and tags.

Who is it suitable for?

All abilities are welcome.

What do I need to bring?

Please bring an apron and/or wear clothes you do not mind getting messy. Bring your glasses, if you need them.

Are there any additional costs?

All materials and equipment are included in the price.
