Dance Fit is a fun, aerobic dance class that you can take at your own pace. Develop strength, stamina and overall fitness whilst moving to a variety of music.
What will the course cover and how will it be taught?
A variety of movement styles will be used, strengthening and stretching for flexibility, improving coordination skills, with an aerobic element in a class led by an expert practitioner.
What do I need to bring with me?
Wear comfortable clothes and trainers, and bring a drink.
About the tutor
Emma Thomas is our Dance Development Officer. She holds a Masters in Dance, is a visiting lecturer in dance at the University of Chester and currently working towards a PhD in Dance. Emma’s style of movement is challenging, physical and engaging and strives to create choreography that challenges ideas.
Please note there is no class during the following weeks

Audio Description (AD) is available in Screen 1. Infrared audio system is available in both Cinema Screens 1 and 2. Induction loops (T) are in place in the Theatre, please ask for assistance on the door.
Some live events may carry strict age restrictions, these are outlined on our website. Under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult at all times during evening events.
