Conversation, Networking and Live Performances from Maya Kally and Clara Pople.
Brewery Arts’ next Future Creatives event is taking place on Saturday 11 April 2026.
This event celebrates emerging creative talent and forms part of Cumbria Arts & Culture Network’s See It To Be It programme, an exciting new initiative designed to support more young people in Cumbria to explore, develop, and sustain careers within the creative industries.
The evening will feature engaging conversation, informal networking, and live performances from two exceptional musicians: Maya Kally and Clara Pople.
Maya is a multi-instrumentalist singer-songwriter and composer whose work draws on folk, jazz, country, and indie influences. With her debut EP, A Window Left Open, set for release on 20 March 2026, Maya will share insights into her creative journey so far and what lies ahead.
Clara is a Celtic/trip-pop singer whose music bridges the ancient and the urban, the ethereal and the raw. A classically trained vocalist with Scottish roots and Cumbrian beginnings, Clara is releasing a new EP this year, with tracks already released such as J&R, and Tempest coming on 16 February 2026. Attendees will have the chance to hear more about the creative process behind her work and what happens behind the scenes.
We particularly encourage 18–30-year-olds to attend, as the programme is designed to ensure young people have meaningful opportunities to learn about creative careers and connect with those working within them. Whether you are interested in music, the wider creative industries, or simply want to expand your professional network, you would be very welcome.
Entry is free, but booking is required. Find out more here to secure your free ticket.
