A brand new spoken word night for Verbalise performers who are developing new material for full-length shows. The format of these events will allow the featured performer to gain audience feedback via coloured counters in response to specific questions. We will bring you some of the newest and most exciting shows in development from some of your favourite performers.
Our featured performer is novelist and spoken word artist John Scott. John has been collaborating with a musician to make some of his pieces into spoken word tracks. He will perform a 45-minute piece made up with these tracks and a bit of John Scott style banter. We’ll also hear from two performers with 8 minutes sets. The event will be hosted by Ann Grant.

Audio Description (AD) is available in Screen 1. Infrared audio system is available in both Cinema Screens 1 and 2. Induction loops (T) are in place in the Theatre, please ask for assistance on the door.
