Jonathan Humble is a retired deputy head teacher in Cumbria. A collection of his poetry (My Camel’s Name Is Brian) has been published by TMB Books. His latest collection (Fledge) is published by Maytree Press. His work has appeared in numerous magazines and journals. He is the founder and creator of The Dirigible Balloon website for children’s poetry. He is the Poet Laureate for the Tripe Marketing Board and Rossendale’s Sunday Clog Market.

Please email annthepoet@gmail.com to book your open mic spot of up to 4 mins including introductions. Please include your poems/stories typed in a Word document so this can be screen shared during your performance, please state if you will be attending live or on Zoom.

If there is a sharp increase in local Covid 19 figures, this event may change to Zoom only, the decision will be made no later than Thursday 23 September.
