Searching for Amani tells the story of a 13-year-old aspiring journalist. He finds himself on a dangerous odyssey as he investigates the mysterious murder of his father within the boundaries of one of Kenya’s largest wildlife conservancies.

As a ravaging drought encroaches, his quest to find the killer shifts, and an activist is born as the collateral damage of a warming world is revealed. Impactful and eye-opening. Searching for Amani captures the raw determination and life-altering journey called for in the pursuit of answers.
