September 2026 Line-up

Alex Hylton

Leicester Comedy Festival ‘Best Show’ winner. Alex Hylton is a regular at many of the top comedy clubs across the country. His everyman charm, wry observations and razor-sharp wit have made him a favourite amongst acts and audiences alike.

‘Hylton takes charge of a room, fluent and funny storytelling is second nature to this comic’ Wee Review
‘A Stand up Masterclass’ EdFringeReview.com

David Hoare

David is a one-liner-musical-comedian; mixing silly, staccato songs with idiotic mischievousness! Winner of the Audience Favourite Prize at the Musical Comedy Awards 2021.

“An annoyingly funny young man” Gary Delaney .

“With some slick one-liners and aggression akin to Bo Burnham, James Acaster or Tim Vine” Deadline News.

Jacob Nussey

Jacob unassumingly draws in audiences with his deadpan style, sharp jokes, and ill-fated anecdotes with clever punchlines. He quickly established himself on the comedy circuit, being named by Chortle as one to watch in 2023. After winning Bury Met Comedian of the Year, and West Didsbury Comedy Festival New Act of the Year. As well as a finalist Leicester Square Theatre Comedian of the year.

He’s seriously funny and well worth seeing in person!

“Offbeat stories with an air of resigned indifference, which is highly effective” Chortle

“Insanely Funny, he’ll be a household name before you know it” Skiddle

“Hilariously nonchalant” Broadway World

Dave Twentyman

Dave is upbeat, cheery, down to earth, friendly, warm, quick on his feet…just some words that have been used to describe one of the most naturally funny comics on the UK comedy circuit today.

It’s no wonder then that Dave is one of the few modern comedians who proudly features on the Blackpool Comedy Carpet – a tourist attraction featuring the names of comedy greats from past and present and a huge honour for any comic.

‘F**king Brilliant’  JOHN BISHOP

‘More than comedy, this is hilarious therapy’ RORY BREMNER

‘Works the audience so well.’ JASON MANFORD

October 2026 Line-up

Al Stevenson

Al is the quick-witted, sharp-tongued lad of Newcastle! His charm allows him to tear through audiences with rapid fire, all whilst getting away with it through a cheeky grin.

Al Stevenson combines the blunt double-entendres of Julian Clary with the bored, world-weariness of Jo Brand.” Chortle

“Blisteringly confident and deliriously lurid crowd work.” NARC Magazine

Louise Leigh

Award-nominated comedian, Louise Leigh wanted to be a comedian when she was sixteen, but it took her until her forties to get around to it. Now, she brings daftness, deftness and some brilliant physical comedy to a stage near you. You’ll never think the same way again about shaving your legs.

“Like the kind of Radio 2 DJ who’d be caught in the gossip columns… Brilliant.”  The Wee Review

“Imaginative, brilliant”  The Scotsman

Alex Camp

Alex has been called “one of the best musical acts currently on the UK comedy circuit” – a growing reputation earned by fusing a genuine skill for tight, lean joke writing with excellent original comedy songs.

2024 saw his show “Songs About Love and Food” nominated for Best Variety Show at the Leicester Comedy Festival and enjoyed a sell-out run at the Edinburgh Fringe. NOMINEE Best Variety Show, Leicester Comedy Festival 2024. NOMINEE North West Comedy Awards Best Alternative Act 2024. FINALIST Musical Comedy Awards 2024. WINNER Comedy Rooms New Act of the Year 2023

“..an immensely promising voice with an eye both for a great joke and a great song” Paul Sinha

Edward Midgley

Edward is an award-winning comedian from Huddersfield, recognised for his sharp writing and engaging delivery. He was crowned Hot Water Comedy Club Comedian of the Year 2024 and won Best Breakthrough Act at the Lawrence Batley Theatre the same year.

His relatable storytelling, cheeky delivery, and tales of financial struggles, drug culture, and the internet reflect the experiences of today’s youth in modern-day England. Eddy has quickly become one of the most exciting new acts in the UK.
