Jacob Nussey

Alex has been called “one of the best musical acts currently on the UK comedy circuit” – a growing reputation earned by fusing a genuine skill for tight, lean joke writing with excellent original comedy songs.

Edward Midgley

Edward is an award-winning comedian from Huddersfield, recognised for his sharp writing and engaging delivery. He was crowned Hot Water Comedy Club Comedian of the Year 2024 and won Best Breakthrough Act at the Lawrence Batley Theatre the same year.

His relatable storytelling, cheeky delivery, and tales of financial struggles, drug culture, and the internet reflect the experiences of today’s youth in modern-day England. Eddy has quickly become one of the most exciting new acts in the UK.

Hannah Platt

Named ‘voice of a generation’ (The Skinny) with ‘humour sharp enough to draw blood’ (The Guardian), Hannah Platt is ‘an undeniable rising star’ (Fest Mag) of the UK comedy scene. Her debut Fringe show was nominated for 4 awards including NextUp’s Biggest Award in Comedy, and earned her 5 and 4 star reviews from the likes of The Scotsman, DIVA magazine and Chortle.

She has appeared on Comedy Central Live, BBC Three and Radio 4, and supported Fern Brady, Harriet Kemsley and Lou Sanders amongst others on their UK tours.

Will Duggan

Will has been performing comedy since 2009 and since then has cemented himself as an interesting and dynamic performer in comedy clubs around the country. He mixes stories and gags with a cheerfully cynical view of the world.

Ingrid Dahle

Ingrid, a Norwegian comedian, is making waves on the British comedy circuit.  Ingrid has captivated audiences with her unique style and infectious energy. Her solo shows have been well-received, showcasing her sharp wit and distinct comedic voice.

In addition to her solo work, Ingrid has supported acclaimed comedians like Jen Brister on her last two tours and Desiree Burch. Ingrid previously won the Brighton Comedy Award and being a finalist in several prestigious competitions, such as “So You Think You’re Funny?” and the Leicester Mercury Comedian of the Year, where she was the runner-up.

Pete Otway

Since his first gig in 2010, Pete Otway has established himself quickly as a natural and original comic, known for mixing a razor sharp wit with an affable charm and creative writing. Whilst regularly appearing at some of the biggest and best comedy clubs across the UK, both as an MC and an act, Pete has also performed at large festivals such as the Isle Of Wight, gigged across Europe and provided support for touring acts such as Doc Brown.

Sully O’Sullivan

Sully is a seasoned international headliner who has performed all over the world. First stepping onto the stage in his native New Zealand, Sully rocketed to stardom making his TV debut just 7 months later in New Zealand’s cult stand-up series Pulp Comedy on TV2, where he went on to appear in another three seasons.

In 2005 Sully decided to spread his comedy wings and head to the sunny coasts of Great Britain. Over a decade later and he’s now performed in almost every corner of the country including the Orkney Islands, the Isle Of Man, the Isle Of White & the Channel Islands! Basically there’s not many places in the UK that Sully hasn’t set foot. Renowned as an act capable of performing in any room and to any audience, Sully has also built up a reputation as one of the most reliable and quick witted comperes on the circuit.

Jenny Hart

As we know from the media, issues of gender beyond the binary are delicate and nuanced and must be addressed with a careful sensitivity. Well Jenny Hart says bollocks – quite literally – to that.

Jenny’s a bold, brash, shameless presence full of gloriously inappropriate jokes and twisted, dark songs gleefully mocking some awful things. It’s a ribald, vulgar set, full of crude knockabout humour delivered with blunt vitality.  And an absolute crowd-pleaser.

Andrew Watts

Andrew Watts has a distinctive style and very original material. His posh boy humour is intelligent without distancing himself from the audience. Lawyer turned comedian, Andrew is extremely likeable and invariably wins a crowd over as he canters, like an apologetic tsunami, through challenging subjects.

Previously a solicitor in London, he is now a full-time comedian and has written and performed four full-length Edinburgh shows, I Wish I Could Be Like Andrew Watts, Born To Be Mild, Feminism for Chaps and. most recently, How To Build A Chap.  All of them received five- or four-star reviews.

Amit Mistry

Born and raised in Manchester to immigrant parents, Amit shares highly relatable stories about modern life as a dad and husband, leaving all crowds entertained up and down the country! Amit has tour supported and opened for circuit powerhouses like Stephen Bailey and Mick Ferry, and was shortlisted for BBC new comedy awards in 2026 and 2024.

David Eagle

Since 2005, David has been a member of three-time BBC Radio 2 Folk Award winning band The Young’uns and since starting to perform stand up in 2018 David has been crowned New Comedian Of The Year by Leicester Square Theatre, Bath Comedy Festival and Nottingham Comedy Festival, Best Variety Show Winner at the 2024 Leicester Comedy Festival and IF Comedy award winner at the 2024 Edinburgh Festival Fringe.

David is blind, and his comedy often explores how his disability means the most ordinary, commonplace events are turned into surreal and convoluted dramas.

Occasionally he dons his accordion (often as a spiteful repost to hecklers) and performs one of his comedy songs, such as his George Formby parody, described by the Guardian as “a comic tour de force.”

Catherine Young

Instantly likeable, Catherine Young is here to bring you joy! Winner of the Hilarity Bites New Act of the Year 2019, Catherine is quickly making a name for herself as one of the most exciting new acts to come out of the North-East in recent years. From Irish decent, Catherine is a warm, yet fearless, electric act. Her comedy is light-hearted, full of mischievous stories and friendly humour, with the perfect mix of energy, punchlines and emotion. After a career in mental health, and as a singer in the working men’s clubs, connecting with people is at the heart of who she really is.

Tony Cowards

Tony is a rapid fire gag merchant with an arsenal full of one-liners, for laughs-per-minute he’s a tough act to beat!

His quick wit has made him a sought after act and compere by comedy clubs and promoters across the UK and even for gigs worldwide. Something of a Twitter sensation, Tony’s jokes turn up in all sorts of places, from greetings cards to The Times newspaper, even if you’ve never heard of him there’s a good chance that you’ll have laughed at one of his gags.

Liam Farrelly

Liam is a 21-year-old up-and-coming Scottish comedian from Paisley, who started performing stand-up aged 17 whilst still in High School and who immediately went into comedy full-time after graduating.

A meteoric rise through the ranks has seen him nominated for and winning a raft of awards, have a guest acting role on BBC Scotland’s Scot Squad (S4E2, 2018) and perform at the UK’s best and most prestigious comedy clubs, including Scotland’s The Stand, Monkey Barrel, Liverpool’s Hot Water Comedy Club and both the London and Manchester Comedy Stores—all barely a year after first setting foot on a stage.

Liam’s stand-up is story-based and his material is uniquely personal—you could say his unusual family have provided him with a goldmine, as his sister and an aunt are both nuns, he has a wheelchair bound parent with MS who has a wicked sense of self-deprecating humour, and other close relations are in various degrees of deterioration.

Ben Van der Velde

Ben Van der Velde is a stand-up comedian, actor, improviser and presenter. Over the past few years, has spread joy and nonsense to all four corners of the British Isles, as well as Greece, Estonia, Latvia, Finland and Norway.

Outside the circuit, Ben has performed a voodoo re-marriage ceremony, founded the Church of the Holy Kazoo with comedy legend Mark Thomas, and walked the entire London Underground network to raise money for The Refugee Council.

Stephanie Laing

Stephanie Laing is best described as goofy and peculiar, and her comedy is partway between the needy oddness of Maria Bamford and the upbeat affability of Josie Long. Her material is a mix of silliness, filth and unusual observations, underpinned by a disarming honesty which makes her seem charmingly vulnerable.

Now a regular on the circuit Stephanie has also become a stalwart of comedy festivals across the country having appeared at Brighton Fringe, Leicester Comedy Festival, York Comedy Festival, Bath Comedy Festival, Women in Comedy Festival as well as appearing at the Edinburgh Fringe every year since 2010.

Phillip Simon

Philip Simon has been entertaining audiences around the world for over 2 decades. During lockdown he created the hit children’s comedy show School’s Out Comedy Club. He has been seen/heard on BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and BBC Radio 4 as part of the BBC New Comedy Award. He has written for Mock the Week, worked on TV shows Taskmaster and The Imitation Game, and is one half of the co-host for comedy podcast Jew Talkin’ To Me?
