Adventure Motorcycle Film Festival

Festivals
  • Saturday 28th February 14:00 (Start)

Standard Theatre Seated

The Adventure Motorcycle Film Festival is brought to you by The Trail and Adventure Motorbike Podcast (TAMP) and the Reel Riders podcast.

TAMP has a following in over 140 countries and features guests known to bikers worldwide, as well as lesser-known characters with fascinating stories to tell. But its origins are much closer to home, as it’s hosted by Lake District residents, Clive Barber and Noel Thom. Reel Riders is hosted by audio editor and producer Simon Josey. His show features interviews with film-making motorcyclists and motorcycling filmmakers, including industry professionals, amateur hobbyists, YouTube stars and creators just starting on their film-making journeys.

The festival aims to showcase top adventure motorcycle filmmaking from around the world. A panel of independent judges will select the films that best depict the highs and lows of motorcycle adventure travels; tell unique and personal stories; and explore new territories – geographically, emotionally, or conceptually. Whether you’re interested in motorcycling or adventure – or both – join us for a weekend of cinematic discovery and adventure.

This event will run all day and is estimated to finish around 10.45pm.
