What to do this Half Term

Published on 9th February 2024

Looking for things to do this February half term? We have something for everyone, from family films to theatre and music.

For Families with Little Ones

This is your last chance to grab your tickets for Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland, which journeys onto the stage on 10 February. Experience Carroll’s Wonderland on stage, where you’ll meet curious characters and see strange contraptions.

Morgan & West are back with a brand-new massive magic show for kids, full of their trademark wit, whimsy and wall-to-wall silliness. Experience mysterious magic tricks, conjuring capers and larger-than-life laughs. This will be one hour of non-stop fun for all the family on 16 February.

Mean Girls (12A) hits the cinema this half-term, from the comedic mind of Tina Fey. This is a new twist on the modern classic, MEAN GIRLS.

Enjoy a wholesome film for all the family, as Migration (U) flies onto the screen. From the creators of Despicable Me, Sing and The Secret Life of Pets, Migration invites you to take flight for a vacation of a lifetime.

Don’t forget our cinema is open on 13 February, so make sure to head down for films with the family!

For Older Families

For families with older teens, we have The Urban Voodoo Machine. Allow the Bourbon Soaked Gypsy Blues Bop’n’Stroll to amaze you – part circus and part theatre, this is one not to be missed!

If you’re a family who loves folk music with fantastic fiddles, we have just the thing for you. RANT come to Brewery Arts to weave their tapestry of melodies, textures, layers and sounds.

Arriving late, but in style is the Christmas movie The Holdovers (15). Hilarious and heartfelt, this festive comedy-drama is great for older teens.
