The summer holidays are here!

Join us at Brewery Arts for a range of family-friendly activities to keep everyone entertained during these sweltering summer months. 

Our cinema is showing a sensational selection of screenings to keep all ages engaged, while our garden will be hosting some free events for all the family to enjoy this summer break!

Events

Summer Sundays

Brewery Arts’ Summer Sundays are back! Watch some of the county’s best bands rocking out in our garden for free. Bring your family and friends to enjoy the music and sunshine with food and drink available to purchase at every gig. The bar is open 12noon to 6pm and food served 12noon to 4pm.

Arts Unleashed – Creative Summer Camp (Ages 7-13)

A jam-packed week of Dance, Drama, Visual Art and more. The young people will work collaboratively to create a performance to share with family and friends while achieving a ‘Discover’ Arts Award from Trinity College London in the process.

50th Anniversary Summer Open Day

Join the party this summer at our celebratory open day! This free family-friendly day features outdoor children’s theatre from a vintage caravan, drop-in art workshops, and much more!

Cinema

Minions (U)

A fanboy of a supervillain supergroup known as the Vicious 6, Gru hatches a plan to become evil enough to join them. Luckily, he gets some mayhem-making backup from his loyal followers, the Minions.

Lightyear (PG)

A sci-fi action adventure and the definitive origin story of Buzz Lightyear, the hero who inspired the toy. Lightyear follows the legendary Space Ranger on an intergalactic adventure alongside a group of ambitious recruits, and his robot companion Sox.

DC League of Super-Pets (PG)

Krypto the Super-Dog and Superman are inseparable best friends, sharing the same superpowers and fighting crime in Metropolis side by side. When Superman and the rest of the Justice League are kidnapped, Krypto must convince a rag-tag shelter pack to master their own newfound powers.

The Railway Children Return (PG)

A heart-warming sequel to a family classic. When the children discover injured American soldier, Abe, hiding out in the railyard at Oakworth Station, they are thrust into a dangerous quest to assist their new friend who, like them, is a long way from home.

Bar and Restaurant

Our bar and restaurant will be open as usual throughout the summer holidays where you can expect a warm welcome and exceptional service. We are now also open during the day for coffee, drinks and cakes, Tuesday to Saturday, 11am-4pm.

You can dine with us Wednesday to Friday from 4pm, Saturday from 5pm (open until 11pm, food served until 9pm). See our full menu and book a table here. Booking in advance is recommended to avoid disappointment.
