Half-term is just around the corner, and it’s time for kids to have some fun and take a break from school. Join us at Brewery Arts as we dive into a week to spark imaginations and create some movie madness!

Whatever the weather, you can get some delicious food and grab some entertainment for the whole family, all in one place.

Take advantage of our excellent value family cinema tickets (see below). And if your older children and teens are looking for a bit of independence, they can make the most of our £6.50 tickets for under 26’s and come along with friends.

Family comedy, IF is about a girl who discovers that she can see everyone’s imaginary friends — and what she does with that superpower — as she embarks on a magical adventure to reconnect forgotten IFs with their kids. Expect laugh-out-loud moments and Ryan Reynolds in top form, giving us some much-needed escapism.

The Garfield Movie (U)

Screening daily from 24 May and throughout the half term (excluding Monday 27 May). Cinema Bambino, Cine Kids and Relaxed showings are available.

Introduce your young ones to Garfield, the world-famous, Monday-hating, lasagna-loving indoor cat as he has a wild outdoor adventure! After an unexpected reunion with his long-lost father — scruffy street cat Vic, Garfield and his canine friend Odie are forced from their perfectly pampered life into joining Vic in a hilarious, high-stakes heist.

Colt Seavers, is stunt man trying to win back his film director ex. When the movie star for whom he doubles goes missing, Seavers is sent on a mission to find him. Full on action fun starring Ryan Gosling and Emily Blunt.

Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes (12A)

Screening from 31 May

Why not end your half term week with a blockbuster movie? Many years after the reign of Caesar, a young ape goes on a journey that will lead him to question everything he’s been taught about the past and make choices that will define a future for apes and humans alike. Prepare to be wowed from beginning to end with spectacular special effects.

The origin story of renegade warrior Furiosa before her encounter and teamup with Mad Max. In a post-apocalyptic wasteland, a Furiosa rebels against a tyrannical ruler in search for her homeland with the aid of a group of female prisoners, a psychotic worshiper and a drifter named Max. An action packed, female fronted power movie starring Anya Taylor-Joy and Chris Hemsworth.

Soup and Cakes and Pizza, Oh My!

On your way into or out of the cinema, call in to our bar and restaurant. We have a lovely selection of cakes during the day with a homemade soup and artisan bread available for a tasty and wholesome lunch, from 11am-3pm. And remember you can choose from a wide selection of ice creams from the cinema to enjoy outside too!

Between 4-5pm we can’t be beaten on value with our pizza and pasta deal for £5.

Or how about a treat night for the family? From 5pm, order from our whole menu – we have a brilliantly varied offering, including vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options. All our food is freshly prepared and locally sourced, where possible.
