Brewery Arts is a vibrant cinema, live arts venue, creative learning hub, restaurant and bar in Kendal, Cumbria.

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping our organisation’s people practices, ensuring a positive experience for staff, freelancers and volunteers.  Responsibilities will span various aspects of human resources from recruitment to employee relations and compliance.

This is an excellent opportunity to support the ongoing development of a talented and passionate team at a time of growth.

This is a Part Time role (0.6 FTE) with options for flexible and remote working available.

Job Details:

Job Reference: HM0125
Hours of Work: 24 hours per week which can be worked flexibly
Pay: £33,280 per annum pro-rata
Contract: Permanent
Closing Date: Thursday 20 February at 12pm
Interview Date: Thursday 27 February
