Exeter-based duo Abbe Martin and Hannah Wood dovetail beautifully on their debut album For All Our Sins which was released in May 2017 to wide praise including from R2 Magazine who called it a “stunning debut collection”. The girls appeared on ITV’s Weekend show with Aled Jones and the video for ‘Smokescreen’ was added to the BT TV playlist. ‘For All Our Sins’ is out now on DMF Records on CD, Vinyl and Digital.

New single ‘Together Alone’ is an uplifting, catchy acoustic-pop song with eloquently delivered lyrics that carry a powerful message. They say “It’s a song about the power of people being connected in this life and about making the most out of the one we have.”

Their live shows combine a natural facility for connecting with their audiences and unforgettable performances with warmth, humour and, above all, real conviction. Chris Evans declared himself “blown away” when he saw Sound of the Sirens for the first time, and subsequently invited them to perform on TFI Friday last year – and more recently Jeremy Vine declared them “a revelation” after seeing them live. Last year saw them play a number of shows in the UK including Camp Bestival, Isle of Wight Festival and supporting Rick Astley on his sold out UK tour. They supported Kiefer Sutherland on his UK dates in June, as well as playing at Glastonbury Festival and at a number of other festivals in the UK & Europe including Big Feastival, Jimmy’s Farm and Greenbelt.
