Participants need to wear suitable clothing and bring a mat.

Yoga can help you de-stress, as well as build strength and flexibility. Helping you to regain energy, sleep better whilst improving your posture. It also helps with confidence and relaxation. Ideal for complete novices through to those with some experience, you will learn and improve your postures in a calm environment. Teacher Rachel Lightbird ran a successful yoga studio in Aberdeen and has trained with John Friend, Shiva Rea and Patthabi Jois.
