On our opening night the much-admired co-creator of the best-ever-selling graphic novel, Watchmen, offers a rare insight into its journey from concept to page to screen. Dave Gibbons give his personal perspective on the ongoing impact of this seminal work and introduces a special screening of Watchmen.

In an alternative 1985 where former superheroes exist, the murder of a colleague sends active vigilante Rorschach into his own sprawling investigation, uncovering something that could completely change the course of history as we know it.
