Viz is a national institution and one of the true greats of British publishing. An icon for British humour, a beacon of wit in a dark age of banality and a light relief from the grinding futility of everyday life….or so they would have us believe. This is an (almost) unique opportunity to hear Viz creators Simon Thorp and Graham Dury talking about their work. More than 25 years after their last appearance at a comic event they will be talking to Kev F. Sutherland about the comic, the art of crude toilet humour, black comedy and surreal joke and some of their most famous characters like Raffles the Gentleman Thug, The Fat Slags, Felix and his Amazing Underpants and Roger Mellie the Man on the Telly.
