Artist Tom Musgrove and photographer Simon Bray reflect their collaboration depicting seven landscape locations from across the British Isles using their respective mediums.

‘The Edges of these Isles’ project saw artist Tom Musgrove and photographer Simon Bray set out on a wonderful journey across seven UK landscapes – Buttermere & Crummock Water, Lindisfarne, Brecon Beacons, the Gower Peninsula, Glen Coe, the Causeway Coast and the Peak District. For each location Musgrove and Bray each created one piece of art.

In his work, landscape photographer Simon Bray explores combinations of physical landforms, bodies of water, natural light and unique timing to capture landscape imagery that expresses a sense of space and freedom. Artist, Tom Musgrove captures gestures, form and shape through drawings and expands this in his studio space to create fine art pieces. He produces work in a variety of mediums including painting, sculpture and drawing. Musgrove utilises raw pigment, natural sources and wax layers to represent the location and atmospheric conditions within his work.

This exhibition will be on display in the Warehouse and Intro Bar Galleries until 6th January 2018.

Free entry.
