3.30-4.30 Venue: Comics Clock Tower
Joff Winterhart will be documenting a “Day In The Life of LICAF” on Saturday 18 October in words and (mostly) pictures picking up its sights, sounds and atmosphere. What do comic professionals eat? Why and how do people queue? What is the posture of the average comic fan? Like a not particularly accurate courtroom artist, or perhaps a quite slow polaroid camera, he will nevertheless present his findings and research in some form and, only a day later in some sort of analogue power point presentation…Ably assisted by ace comics creator Hannah Berry.
Joff Winterhart is an illustrator, film-maker and author of Days of the Bagnold Summer which was shortlisted for the 2012 Costa Award for Best Novel.
