Emily arrives in Miami with aspirations of becoming a professional dancer. She sparks with Sean, leader of 'The Mob', a guerrilla dance group who stage spectacular public flash mobs in the hope of winning a You Tube viral competition and launching careers for themselves. But Sean's neighborhood is threatened by Emily's father's development plans; these two might be able to help one another out!
