Spring Creatives: Self-Portraits In Disguise

Our Spring Creative workshops are specially designed together with inspirational artists and our Brewery team of tutors, to inspire, teach and delight.

Our workshops are designed for children and are ideal for the whole family. Learn new creative skills by doing, making and moving in your own home.

Let’s get creative and have some fun!

Join in a fun zoom class drawing or painting a self-portrait in disguise. Have fun choosing a disguise using wigs, hats, glasses, moustaches, masks, face paints etc. Catherine will be there to give you guidance on the practicalities of doing a self-portrait.

Important Information
A zoom link will be sent on receipt of booking.

What do I need to bring?
Essential:

A disguise – Could be as simple as a stick-on moustache to a full-blown outfit with wig or face paint. Go wild!

A Mirror or a device to take a selfie or just use the computer screen.

Paper and drawing materials.

Optional: Paints, Colour pastels, felt tips, crayons

About the tutor
Catherine MacDiarmid is a Kendal based portrait artist who has featured on Sky Portrait Artist of the Year. She has painted many self-portraits as well as a series of face-painted children in an ongoing theme called Behind the Paint.
