Know the basics in Spanish but want to improve your skills and vocabulary? Join our course to expand your knowledge to converse more freely in a wider range of topics to suit your interests.

What will the course or workshop cover and how will it be taught?

More grammatical structures will be covered in a light-hearted and enjoyable approach to Spanish with students encouraged to develop all four language skills (speaking, listening, reading and writing).

This course is suitable for those who have completed a 2nd year of Spanish for those who are able to get by in Spanish, using only the present tense, without too many problems.

We will revise the present tense but by the end of the year we will have covered the 3 past tenses, future, conditional and the command.

We will split the teaching time into listening exercises, conversation & games activities to develop your oral skills, reading tasks and some grammar explanations. We will work with grammar, reading & writing exercises at home.

Your tutor will discuss the course content with the class and may make some adjustments to the syllabus based on the needs of the group. She will also try to accommodate individual requirements where possible.
