Sivananda is a traditional, exact and easy-to-learn Indian system that aims to naturally achieve the goal of yoga through creating a healthy body and mind, which leads to spiritual evolution.  This open class is traditional, slow-paced and meditative and helps encourage proper breathing, flexibility, strength and vitality in the body while calming the mind
