As head of Marvel comics’ operations in England in the late 70s Dez reformatted existing titles and launched many new ones. After leaving Marvel UK he founded Warrior which featured key works by the likes of Alan Moore. Therein lies many weird and wonderful tales. Find out why he has been one of British comics’ most influential and controversial figures in an exclusive interview with festival patron Bryan Talbot.
