Sedbergh School is delighted to bring our production of Lionel Bart’s Oliver! To The Brewery.
Young Oliver escapes the horrors of the workhouse and the funeral parlour by running away to London where he soon falls in with the gang of thieves and pickpockets run by Fagin. When Mr Brownlow (whose pocket he has tried to pick) takes pity on him, it looks as if his future is secured but Bill Sykes, a violent associate of the gang, fears he will talk and has other ideas…..
Expect great singing, energetic dancing, fine acting and inventive staging from an incredibly talented young cast.
