Described as “an urban fantasy action comedy” Scott Pilgrim vs The World was co-written, produced and directed by Edgar Wright based on Bryan Lee O’Malley’s best-selling graphic novel series. Heavily indebted to video games Scott, an avid gamer, views the trials of his life as levels to overcome. He takes on each of his new girlfriend’s seven evil exes in a boss battle that ends in a shower of coins. We will make this screening legendary in its own right by inviting the one and only Bryan Lee O’ Malley to introduce this cult classic.
