ProClass is a new opportunity for professional dancers in the area to connect, network and dance together.
Hawk Dance Theatre (HDT) is a professional contemporary dance company based in The Lake District with aims to create exciting productions, opportunities and experiences.
ProClass is aimed at dancers with a strong level of experience. Students training at degree level or people working with in dance. Professional actors welcome.
Classes will be delivered by Josh Hawkins, Director of Hawk Dance Theatre, and various other guest teachers.
Josh Hawkins graduated from the Northern School of Contemporary Dance with a First Class Honours Degree in Contemporary Dance and went on to tour nationally and internationally with Verve (Postgraduate Performance Company) where he gained a Distinction. Josh then joined Smallpetitklein Dance Company, based in Scotland, where he worked as Company Dancer and Creative Learning Artist. Josh Hawkins founded and created Hawk Dance Theatre in April 2015. Josh's interests now lie in exploring, creating, research and developing new ideas.

Audio Description (AD) is available in Screen 1. Infrared audio system is available in both Cinema Screens 1 and 2. Induction loops (T) are in place in the Theatre, please ask for assistance on the door.
Some live events may carry strict age restrictions, these are outlined on our website. Under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult at all times during evening events.
