19th October 2014

1.30-2.30 Venue: BAC Art Room 1

Under the supervision and guidance of Felt Mistress, aka Louise Evans, you will be given everything you need to make a felt creature to take home. You can design your own creature or use the templates provided and you will also receive a handy instruction sheet with all the information you will need to complete it at home.

Louise originally trained in fashion design and millinery and has brought many of the skills learnt through years of work as a couture dressmaker to the world of character design. From her studio in North Wales she has created a legion of felt characters for the best part of a decade. She creates one-off, bespoke creatures with her partner, illustrator Jonathan Edwards. Their work has been exhibited all over the world including shows in Osaka, Los Angeles, Berlin and London and used in ad campaigns, music videos and films.

Suitable for 10 years plus. No previous experience necessary and all materials included.
