Traditional Thai massage is an ancient healing system that combines broad and targeted acupressure, stimulation and manipulation of energy lines called sen, and assisted yoga postures.
What will the course or workshop cover and how will it be taught?
Traditional Thai massage rarely uses oils or lotions, and the recipient remains clothed during a treatment.
Each week the instructor will show a part of the massage then the students working in pairs will practice what was shown, under the careful eye of the instructor. Best practices for safety and modesty will be followed.
The tutor will provide handouts with diagrams during the course.
