Following the enormous success of last year's a Passion for Kendal, Kendal Community Theatre will present Lady Anne Clifford: A Woman Cast Out at Kendal Town Hall.
The production follows the dramatic story of the young Lady Anne Clifford’s struggle to regain her inheritance – the Barony of Westmorland – against some the most powerful men of the 17th Century.
With a cast of more than twenty people the show includes live musicians and gorgeous authentically designed costumes created and made by Kate Reid.
Just for info there will be a Gala performance, consisting of wine and nibbles, readings, music and some scenes from the play at Abbott Hall on July 14th, tickets and info from Abbot Hall.
