Peter Sansom will be reading from his latest collection Careful What You Wish For. His poems range widely in subject matter, from transforming the everyday into something extraordinary. The TLS said Ann Sansom’s poetry is ‘balanced by a brisk authenticity and affectionate generosity.’ Her poetry has both tenderness and grit, and always manages to surprise the reader. Ann and Peter will be performing alongside Dove Cottage Young Poet Elizabeth Briggs.
