Kirk is a passionate singer-songwriter who is building a reputation in the Rainy City for his passionate lyrics, free-spirited jamming style, raw energy and mastery of the acoustic guitar.
His soulful voice and insightful lyrics mixed with a rich and vibrant mosaic of picking give him a sound that is both unique and enticing. A gig with Kirk is never the same as the last due to his free-spirited jamming style and raw energy which captivates audiences everywhere.
He has played with the likes of Nitin Sawhney, folk legend Bert Jansch and Tommy Emmanuel.
