Here is a glance at some of the wonderful treats in store for you: An opportunity to start the day with a coffee and Carvetii; look at cheese through the ages with Mrs Kirkham’s, celebrate the Cumberland Sausage low all about cooking with Rabbit or learn the secrets of sour dough from develop a brand new loaf with Simon Thomas, alongside some of Cumbria’s top chefs including get cheeky with local produce and Justin Woods of the award winning Castle Green Hotel; see some amazing ice-creams with the renowned Food Historian Ivan Day, get creative with Connor Toomey of Storrs Hall who will all inspire and delight you with their fabulous cookery demonstrations.
