Here is a glance at some of the wonderful treats in store for you: An opportunity to learn the secrets of sour dough from award winning artisan baker Aidan Monks; the history of the Famous Grasmere Gingerbread; a cheats guide to tempering chocolate with North Chocolate, growing vegetables throughout the seasons; talking Slow Food with Peter Gott or a selection of the finest cheeses with Courtyard Dairy  alongside some of Cumbria’s top chefs including Adrian Fenton from Lindeth Howe , Kevin Tickle of Forest Side Hotel , Gee Stott of Gee’s Meringues who will all inspire and delight you with their fabulous cookery demonstrations.

In Wainwright’s Drinks Yard enjoy tasting a sample of Cumbria’s very own Bedrock Gin, tempting toffee vodka or a beer or two from one of Cumbria’s many micro-breweries including Bowness Bay Brewing and Eden Brewery.
