Justice League: The New Frontier is a 2008 animated feature starring the voice talents of Kyle MacLachlan, Brooke Shields and David Boreanaz. Set before the paranoid backdrop of 1957 the world’s heroes unite for the first time to destroy the mysterious “Center”… with classic heroes Superman, Wonder Woman and Batman joined by newcomers such as The Flash, The Martian Manhunter and Green Lantern.
The film is adapted from the award-winning DC: The New Frontier by Darwyn Cooke, and captures his gritty writing style and powerful artwork. This screening will have an exclusive introduction by the creator himself, Darwyn Cooke, on his first ever visit to the UK.
